How to Bid with Granite School District
***Important Bid System Transition Information***
We are currently transititioning between third-party bid systems. The district utilizes a bidding platform provided by the State of Utah Division of Purchasing. That system provided by SciQuest and branded as the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P) is being replaced by a system provided by Bonfire and will also be branded as the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P). For clarity purposes we refer to the new system as U3P-Bonfire on this site.
***Timing***
Current System – We will be phasing out all bid posting on the current SciQuest platform during December of 2024. No additional bids will be posted to that system after December 18, 2024.
New System – We have begun posting to the new U3P-Bonfire platform and will post exclusively to that system after December 18, 2024.
***New Registration Required***
Registrations will not carry from the current SciQuest system to the U3P-Bonfire system, thus all vendors need to complete a new registration with Bonfire. There is no cost to register. You can register your company from this link:
