All requests for Driver Education with Granite Online will be put into a random selection drawing (lottery).  All applications submitted within the application window have an equal chance of being selected during the lottery. An application to the lottery does not guarantee a placement in the online driver education section. Those selected in the lottery must make payment by the deadline or they will forfeit their place in the program. If there are still spaces available after the payment due date, they will be filled based on a wait list created from those not selected in the initial lottery.

Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 Information

Driver Education Refund Schedule:

If a student does any driving on range or road, they are ineligible for a refund.
Refund schedule for summer Driver Education
1st week of enrollment:  Full refund
2nd week of enrollment: ¾ refund
3rd week of enrollment: ½ refund
4th week of enrollment:  No refund

Refund schedule for school year online Driver Ed (semester course)
First  two weeks of enrollment: Full refund 
Weeks 3-5 of enrollment: ¾ refund
Week 6-8 of enrollment: ½ refund
Any time in 2nd quarter:  No refund
