• Benefits begin the first day of the month following your date of hire.
• Employees have 30 days from their date of hire to complete their benefit elections. If you miss the 30 day window, your next opportunity to enroll will be during open enrollment.
• Employees will be sent an email from the benefit office with a link to Employee Navigator to set up their benefit account.
• Once you have logged in to Employee Navigator you will be able to make your benefit elections.
